The Executive Committee of the EMR is responsible for managing the EMR competitions and progressions to State Championships. EMR also has responsibility for communicating with the member centres and representing them on Regional Advisory Meetings. Within the EMR executive operate various sub committees headed by one of the Executive Committee members.

Chairperson - Graham Lucas Chair meetings, Carry duties as allocated by the Region & maintain relations with Board of Management, member Centres & the public. Graham is also the holder of the prestigious Distinguished Service Award
Secretary – Gerard Hayes Receives & records correspondence for distribution. Forwards notices, agendas & motions. Is the contact point for Member Centres and VLAA.	Photo To Follow
Treasurer - Noel Rasti Administer the financial affairs of the Region in accordance with this Constitution and with the Financial Regulations of the Association At the 2002 State Conference Noel Rasti of EMR and Knox LAC was granted the 'Life Governor' award for services rendered to the association over many years.
Competition Director - Diane Lucas Plans & organizes the overall running of elimination/qualifying heats conducted by Region. Ensures all competitions are conducted within VLAA regulations.
Education Director - Irene Harris Conducts Region Coaching Camps. Promotes, organizes & conducts any education programs. Assists in promoting educational programs of VLAA.
Publicity Director - Kerry Evans Ensures all Region & VLAA activities are promoted to all Member Centres & the public. Encourages Centres to promote their activities locally	Photo to Follow
